About Wheelie King
Wheelie King is about the oldest trick on two wheels: riding along on the back wheel alone. A schoolboy on a red cycle rolls down a neighbourhood street, and you have one control. Hold it and he pulls the front wheel up. Let go and it starts to come down. The whole game is keeping the wheel in the air between those two.
The physics are simple and behave the way a real wheelie does. When the front wheel is low, gravity pulls it down hard and you need a long hold to raise it. As the cycle tips further back it gets lighter and lighter on the hands, until near the balance point a short tap is enough to send it over. So the right input changes with the angle: steady pressure low down, quick light taps high up.
A gauge across the top of the screen shows the angle from flat on the left to upside down on the right. The green band, from about 50 to 75 degrees, is the sweet spot. Every metre ridden inside it counts double. Below the band you are safe but score at the normal rate. Past the red mark the cycle goes over backwards and the run ends. Let the front wheel touch the road and the run ends too, a little more gently.
The road does not stay smooth. Striped speed breakers kick the front wheel upward as the back wheel rides over them, and potholes knock it down. You can see both coming, so the skill is to arrive at a breaker slightly low and at a pothole slightly high. The cycle also picks up speed the longer the wheelie lasts, and the bumps get closer together and hit harder.
There is only one life, and a run is counted from the moment the wheel lifts to the moment it lands or flips. Your score is the distance ridden on one wheel, with the sweet spot metres doubled. The best score and the longest wheelie are saved.

How to play Wheelie King
Hold to raise the front wheel and release to let it drop. Keep the marker on the gauge inside the green band to score double. The run ends if the front wheel touches the road or if the cycle tips past the red mark and flips. Watch for speed breakers, which push the wheel up, and potholes, which pull it down.

Tips & tricks
- Use short taps once you are in the green band. A long hold up there flips you in under a second.
- Come into a speed breaker a little low. It will lift the wheel into the green for you.
- Come into a pothole a little high, and start holding just before the back wheel reaches it.
- Watch the gauge marker, not the cycle. The marker shows the angle changing before your eye catches it on the bike.
