Copyright & DMCA Policy
360 PlayZone respects the work of game creators, artists, musicians and everyone else whose creations appear online. This page explains where the content on the site comes from, how to tell us about a problem, and what we do when you do. Last updated: September 2026.
Where the content on this site comes from
Every game on the site comes from one of three places, and the Developer line on each game page says which:
- **360 PlayZone Studio** — original games written for this site. - **Open-Source Community** — open-source games used under their original licences (MIT for most of them), with the upstream project credited and its licence notice kept with the copy. - **Partner Studio** — partner games from GameMonetize, which run from GameMonetize's servers and remain the property of their creators.
The descriptions, how-to-play guides, tips and articles on the site are written for it. There are no accounts, comments or uploads on 360 PlayZone, so the only content here is what we or our partners publish.
Reporting a copyright problem
If you own the rights to something on 360 PlayZone and believe it is here without your permission, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice". So that we can act on it quickly, please include:
1. Your name, your contact details and, if you are writing for a company, the company's name. 2. A description of the work you say has been infringed, and where it can be seen or licensed. 3. The exact address (URL) of the page or game on 360 PlayZone that you are reporting. 4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law. 5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We read every notice and normally reply within a few business days. If it holds up, we remove or disable the game or page promptly. If the game is a partner game, we also pass the notice to GameMonetize, because it is their platform that serves it. We may tell the person who supplied the material that a notice was received.
If you think we removed something by mistake
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Counter-notice", name the page that was removed, and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have permission to use the material. We will look at it and, where the explanation is sound, restore the page.
Trademarks and repeat problems
Game titles on 360 PlayZone are simply the names the games are published under. If you believe a name infringes your trademark, tell us and we will look at renaming the game — we have done that before. Sources that repeatedly turn out to infringe are dropped from the site.
Not sure which category your question falls into?
Write to us through the contact page and we will point you the right way.
