This page explains what 360 PlayZone (“we”, “us”) — the data controller for this site, reachable at [email protected] — collects when you use the site, how that information is used, and the choices you get. We run a free, ad-supported games site, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed to make it work. You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for personal details. Your preferences — your theme choice, saved high scores and your cookie-consent decision — live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. Like almost every website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you open; that's used for security and aggregate analytics only.

Some of the games on the site are supplied by GameMonetize, which serves its own ads inside the game frame and loads a video-ad script on those game pages; its thumbnails are also served from GameMonetize's servers, so it may receive a request when a page shows one of those game cards. GameMonetize's handling of that data is covered by GameMonetize's privacy policy.
For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we use Google's certified consent management platform to ask for consent before any advertising or analytics cookie is set. Elsewhere, ads may be personalised unless you opt out using the links below.
If you'd rather not see personalized ads, you can turn them off. Google's Ads Settings page controls personalized advertising from Google, and aboutads.info lets you opt out of personalized ads from many other vendors. Other ad networks may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

The little we collect goes toward running and securing the site, remembering your preferences, understanding which games are popular in aggregate, and serving and measuring ads. For aggregate measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5RFFCN7Q42); Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy, and you can opt out globally with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not sell your personal information.
360 PlayZone is a general-audience site, not a service designed for children — but some of it clearly reaches them: the games for kids collection is chosen to be gentle, and many of the games on our unblocked games pages are played on school Chromebooks. We treat that as a mixed audience and run the whole site accordingly. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no profiles, no chat, no comments and no uploads; the only place anyone can type personal information is the optional contact form. Scores and settings stay in the browser's local storage on the device.
COPPA — the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — restricts collecting personal information from children under 13. We don't knowingly collect any. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information through the contact form, email [email protected] and we'll delete it. Analytics and advertising on pages that appeal to children work the same way as on the rest of the site, described above: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing non-essential runs until consent is given through Google's consent message; elsewhere, personalised ads and analytics are on by default and can be switched off with the Cookie settings link in the footer or the opt-out links above. Parents who would rather not have any of that can use those controls before handing over the device.
You can clear your locally stored data any time through your browser, change your consent decision using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and opt out of personalized ads using the links above. Depending on where you live — for example the EEA and UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA — you may have additional rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time. EEA and UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection supervisory authority.
