Spend numbered ink drops one direction at a time. Each drop fills exactly that many empty squares, leaping over dried ink — chain your spills until one reaches the gold star.
Ink Spread hands you a page of parchment, a scatter of numbered ink drops, and one gold star. Tap a drop, pick a direction, and it spends itself: the ink flows outward, soaking exactly that many empty squares. The trick is in the leap — anything already inked doesn't count against the number, so the flow skips over it and carries on. That one rule turns every level into a little plumbing problem: early spills become stepping stones that let later spills travel much farther than their number suggests.
The first pages teach the leap gently, but by the later 9x9 boards you're planning six, seven, eight moves deep, laying bridges in exactly the right order because every drop can only be used once. Waste a 4 pointing at the edge and you may have just torn up your own route. Each puzzle has a verified shortest solution — match the par for three stars, or take the scenic route and still win. It's a quiet, thinky game for anyone who likes Zhed-style one-rule puzzles that get sneaky fast.
