About Train Switch
Train Switch is a game about being a signalman on a small, busy branch line. A single track enters the screen and divides in two, then each branch divides again, and again, until there are eight stations at the far end, each with a roof in a different colour. Little trains come down the line one after another, each painted in one of those colours, and each needs to end up at its own station.
You control the seven switches where the track divides. A yellow arrow on each one shows which way it is set, and a tap flips it. A train simply follows whatever the switches say at the moment it reaches them, so the job is to look at the colour of the next train, work out the route to its station, which is three decisions, and have each switch set before the train gets there. The brighter rails show the route currently selected.
The opening is gentle. Only four stations are in use and trains arrive several seconds apart. After six deliveries two more colours join, and after sixteen all eight stations are open. The trains also get faster and closer together, until two or three are on the line at once and a switch that is right for one train is wrong for the one behind it. That is the whole challenge: flipping a switch back at exactly the right moment, between two trains.
Every train delivered to the right station scores a point. A train that arrives at the wrong one is a mistake, and three mistakes end the game. Your best total is saved.

How to play Train Switch
Watch the colour of each train as it enters. Tap the yellow switches so the track leads to the station with the same colour roof. A switch stays as it is until you tap it again, so check it before the next train arrives. Each correct delivery scores one point. Three trains at the wrong station end the game.

Tips & tricks
- Set the switches from the entrance outward. The first switch matters first.
- A switch only matters at the moment a train reaches it. You can change it again as soon as the train has passed.
- When two trains are close together, deal with the leading one and then flip back for the second.
- Learn where each colour lives. After a few minutes you stop tracing the route and just know it.
