An eat the city game on a two-minute clock: steer a hole that widens from cones to skyscrapers while three AI rivals strip the same streets. A hole game for anyone after io games where you swallow the city.
City Hole drops you onto an eight-by-eight grid of city blocks as a hole in the road, wide enough for the cones, bins and lamps on the pavement and nothing else. Anything with a footprint smaller than your radius is dragged in from about twice that radius out and is gone once it reaches the middle, and the mass it carried widens the hole, which widens the reach. A banner names each threshold as you cross it: kiosks, then trees and cars, vans and statues, buses and trucks, houses, towers, skyscrapers.
The counterweight is speed. A hole's top speed falls as it widens, so by the time you can take a skyscraper you move at about two-thirds of your starting pace and a wasted crossing costs far more than it did early on. Skyscrapers and most towers exist only in the downtown blocks — four in the middle plus about three dropped at random — and buildings never come back once they are eaten. Only traffic and pedestrians respawn. The round turns on when you stop grazing the kerb and commit to a downtown block.
Three AI holes work the same city and see exactly what you see. One around a tenth wider than another swallows it on contact and takes 35 percent of its mass; the loser keeps the rest and respawns elsewhere behind a few seconds of shield, so a hit is a tax rather than a kill. Edge arrows point at any off-screen rival big enough to do that to you, and a corner minimap tracks all four. By the last half-minute the skyline is usually gone, everyone is back on traffic, and the finishing gaps are small.

Drag to pull your hole along the street and swallow anything smaller than it. Cones, bins, signs and people go first, and every mouthful widens the hole enough to unlock the next tier: trees and cars, then buses and trucks, then houses, towers and skyscrapers. Three AI holes eat the same city, and one clearly wider than yours can swallow you on contact, take a share of your mass and drop you somewhere else with a brief shield. The round runs two minutes and the largest mass wins.
Desktop: move or drag the mouse and the hole follows your cursor across the city, or hold WASD or the arrow keys to steer instead. P or Escape pauses, M mutes, ? opens the rules, and any key starts a round from the title or results screen. Touch: drag a finger anywhere on the city to lead the hole, and tap the corner buttons for help, mute and pause.

Speed falls as you widen, so the hole that can finally take a skyscraper moves at about two-thirds of its starting pace. Late on, route matters more than reflexes. The pull reaches about twice your radius, so you can skim past a kerb line of cones and lamps and still collect all of it. Every skyscraper and most of the towers sit in the downtown blocks: four in the middle of the map plus about three dropped at random. Buildings never respawn, so pick your block while houses are still unlocking and be standing on it by the time your radius clears the tower threshold. The full tips list on this page covers the rest.
City Hole is a plain web page — no plugin, no installer, no app store — so it loads on a Chromebook or a locked-down school or office laptop the same way any other page does. Whether it opens comes down to your network's filter rather than the game itself, and there is nothing to install either way.
