About Sniper Duty

Sniper Duty puts you behind the glass as a range marshal with a bolt-action rifle and a list of problems: robot bandit cutouts popping up behind crates, in windows and along distant rooftops, plus the odd rogue drone buzzing the lanes. The world outside your scope is a dark blur; inside it, everything is sharp, magnified and swaying gently with your breathing. Hold your breath and the crosshair settles — but only for as long as your lungs hold out, and running the meter dry leaves you gasping and twice as shaky.

The missions are short and specific: clear six rooftop bots in forty-five seconds, keep a convoy alive while bandits rush it, thread shots through a crowd of civilian cutouts where one wrong squeeze ends the run instantly. Later contracts add crosswind and real bullet drop, so the far lanes become a conversation between the wind arrow, the dots under your crosshair, and your patience. Land one on a bot's head and it pops clean off in a shower of springs and bolts — the kind of feedback that keeps you chasing three stars on every mission.

How to play Sniper Duty

Pick a mission and read the objective — most give you a target count and a clock. Move the scope over the range, steady your breath, and fire; you have five rounds before a reload. Robots and drones are fair game, civilian cutouts end the mission on the spot. On far targets, aim above for bullet drop and into the wind, and go for the head — headshots score double and pop.

Controls

Mouse aims, click fires, hold Shift or right-click to steady, R reloads. Touch: drag to aim, tap to fire, hold STEADY.

Tips & tricks

  • Hold your breath just before the shot, not the whole time — an empty lungs meter leaves you winded and wobbling.
  • The red dots under the crosshair show bullet drop: near shots fly flat, rooftop shots land on the second dot.
  • Aim into the wind arrow on far lanes — a full gale pushes the bullet more than two target-widths.
  • Drones keep moving while your bullet travels, so lead them; and always check for a raised-hands cutout before you squeeze.

  • Works on desktop, phone and tablet

Sniper Duty is a plain web page — no plugin, no installer, no app store — so it loads on a Chromebook or a locked-down school or office laptop the same way any other page does. Whether it opens comes down to your network's filter rather than the game itself, and there is nothing to install either way.
