About Neon Breakout
Neon Breakout takes the oldest arcade idea there is and dresses it in glowing purple and pink. You slide a paddle along the bottom of the screen, launch a ball with a tap or the space bar, and watch it ricochet up into wall after wall of bright bricks. Simple to start. Surprisingly greedy once the neon gets in your head.
The real game lives in the angles. Catch the ball dead center and it bounces predictably; clip it with the edge of the paddle and you can bend its path into a stubborn corner brick you have been missing for three tries. Some bricks shrug off the first hit and only crack on the second, so you learn to read the wall instead of just swatting. Power-up capsules tumble down when certain bricks fall, and here is the trap: chasing a Multi-Ball across the screen is exactly how you let your last ball slip past. Three misses and it is over.
