About Auto Strikers
Auto Strikers drops two cars and one oversized ball onto a single-screen pitch and lets physics do the arguing. There is no dribbling animation or possession meter, just momentum: build up speed, meet the ball off-center and it curls away from your corner panel, meet it square and it rockets toward goal. A short, cooldown-gated boost is the whole skill ceiling, since timing it to arrive at the ball a half-second before your opponent is usually worth more than raw driving. The core loop is short, readable matches, first to five goals or whoever leads when the 90-second clock runs out, so a single round rarely overstays its welcome and a rematch is one tap away. The tactical heart of it is the corner-hit curl: a car that clips the ball on its front-left panel while cutting across the goal mouth can bend a shot around a keeper-less net from an angle that looks impossible until you see the spin trail. Play it solo against an Easy or Pro-tuned car, or hand the second seat to a friend on the same keyboard for the game's real draw, a couch-soccer scrap where boosting past a chasing rival at the last second and slamming the ball home is worth celebrating out loud.
Inside Auto Strikers: what we checked
The numbers below come from Auto Strikers's own source code, and the screenshots are from our own test run of the game (20 October 2026).
- A match lasts 90 seconds and the first to 5 goals wins. If the clock runs out with the score level, play goes on and the next goal wins it (the clock shows SUDDEN).
- Boost multiplies your speed and acceleration by 1.7 for about half a second (0.55 s), then needs about 2.6 seconds to recharge. A boosted car also hits the ball noticeably harder.
- How hard you hit the ball depends on how fast your car is going when you touch it. A kick is a base push of 95 plus about the car's speed, with an extra 150 if you are boosting, and the ball is capped at 560.
- A fast ball carries spin when it comes off a sideways hit, and the spin bends its path for a moment, so a glancing touch curves the ball instead of sending it straight.
- The Easy computer runs at 72% of your top speed, reacts slowly, aims with a wobble and rarely boosts. The Pro computer matches your speed, reacts much faster, aims accurately and boosts often.
- In 2 Players mode, P1 uses WASD and Shift to boost, and P2 uses the arrow keys and Right Shift. Only matches against the computer are counted; your wins and losses on Easy and on Pro are kept in this browser.

How to play Auto Strikers
Choose Vs AI (Easy or Pro) or 2 Players on the start screen, then win the ball by driving into it, the faster you're moving and the more off-center the hit, the harder and curlier the shot. Score in the opponent's goal and defend your own; first side to five goals wins, or whoever is ahead when the 90-second clock hits zero. If the score is tied at the buzzer, the match continues into sudden death and the next goal wins outright.
Controls
Player 1: WASD to drive, Shift to boost. Player 2 (2-player mode): Arrow keys to drive, Right Shift to boost. Touch (Vs AI mode only): on-screen joystick to steer and the BOOST button for a burst of speed. M mutes, R starts a rematch from the results screen.
Tips & tricks
- Hit the ball with your front corner, not your nose, to curl it around a defender instead of just knocking it forward in a straight, blockable line.
- Save your boost for the sprint to the ball rather than for general driving, arriving a half-second early to strike first wins more goals than raw top speed does.
- Sit slightly behind the ball on defense instead of chasing it head-on, that position lets you intercept whichever direction your opponent tries to push it.
- Watch the boost ring around your car, a full bright ring means it is ready, so don't waste the cooldown window drifting when you could be closing distance.

Partly. Auto Strikers keeps a running win/loss tally and your settings in this browser's local storage; there is no level progress to save. Nothing is uploaded and no account is involved — clearing your browser data is what resets it.
