Over Style Studio
Most dress up games are dolls with a paint bucket — you put clothes on a figure, nobody says anything, and that's the whole thing. Style Studio keeps the fun part and adds the bit that was always missing: someone actually judging your choices.
Each round hands you a brief. A job interview. A beach day. A red carpet. Leg day at the gym. You build a look from six wardrobe drawers — hair, top, bottom, shoes, accessory and skin tone, each with its own colour palette — and every garment quietly carries style tags underneath. Sandals read as beach. A blazer reads as formal. Joggers read as sporty. When you send the look down the runway you get a scored breakdown, item by item, so you can see exactly which pieces landed and which ones the judges thought were a bit odd for the occasion.
That feedback is what makes it replayable. The first season you're guessing; by the second you've worked out that a scarf is worth real points on a winter walk and nothing at all on a beach, and that matching your top and bottom into the same colour family earns a harmony bonus on top. Five briefs make a season, your best total is saved, and the surprise-me button is there for when you want to see what chaos scores.
Hoe te spelen
Read the client's brief at the top of the screen, then use the six drawer tabs beside the model — hair, top, bottom, shoes, accessory and skin tone — to build a look. Tap any item to try it on instantly, and tap a colour swatch below to recolour whatever slot you're in. When you're happy, hit the runway: the judges score every piece against the occasion, plus a bonus if your colours work together. Five briefs make a full season.
Besturing
Desktop: click the drawer tabs to switch category, click an item to wear it, click a swatch to recolour it, Space to send the look down the runway, R to randomise, M to mute. Touch: tap tabs, items and swatches; tap the runway button when the look is ready.
Tips & trucs
- Read the brief before you touch anything. A gown scores brilliantly on a red carpet and almost nothing at the gym, and the tags never change — only the occasion does.
- The accessory slot is the cheapest points on the board. Shades for the beach, a scarf for a winter walk, glasses for an interview — leaving it empty scores barely anything.
- Pick your top and bottom colours from the same part of the palette. Neighbouring swatches earn the biggest harmony bonus, and clashing ones cost you every round.
- When a brief has two tags, look for items that hit both. A single piece tagged for the occasion twice over is worth more than two items that each catch only half of it.
